1. Set up a Direct Debit. 

Click Staylists from the top menu of your account and follow the instructions to setup your Direct Debit. The Direct Debit will be used to collect commissions owed for reservations made via the Staylists platform. You will be invoiced on the last day of the month for reservations that stayed within that month. The commissions owed will be charged 7 days later.

2. Setup your account details. 

Click Account on the top menu bar and complete the Communication, Policies and Currency and Payment sections listed on the left sub-menu.

Click Accommodation on the top menu bar and complete the Amenities, Check In Times and Galleries sections listed on the left sub-menu.

3. Connect to your Channel Manager or Property Management System

If you are a SuperControl user skip the following steps and refer to this guide.

If you use any other channel manager please follow the steps below:

Before we can connect to your Channel Manager, you will need to setup your accommodation and rate types. 

Click Accommodation from the top menu then Create Accommodation to add your rooms. You must name your rooms exactly as they appear in your Channel Manager.

Next, click Prices from the top menu and then the Rate Types tab. Again, you will need to create rate types to match those in your Channel Manager. For example, if you have a Bed and Breakfast Rate type and a Room Only Rate type, you'll need to set them both up within Staylists too. 

Once the rate types are created click the Cancel Policies tab, and setup your cancellation polices that you'd like to apply to bookings made via the Staylist platform. 

The final step is to connect your Staylist account to your Channel Manager, which will synchronise the prices and availability, meaning they'll automatically be updated within Staylists every time that they change within your Channel Manager.

My Channel Manager or PMS  isn't listed above - what can I do?

Unfortunately, at the moment, if you're using a PMS that isn't on the list above, then we don't currently have a partnership with your provider. 

We are constantly looking to develop new partnerships and build new integrations to ensure you can sell your property with Staylists so please keep checking back with us for updates.
