We’ll never charge you more than 10% commission for any booking you receive. Plus we strive to enforce a minimum seven-day cancellation window, so you’re not left high and dry at the last minute.

All availability and pricing is presented to guests in real-time, and bookings you receive will be delivered directly to your PMS. This means you can get more bookings for little effort, with minimal risk of overbooking.

Commission only becomes payable to us six days before arrival (as the cancellation window has now expired). On the first of every month, you’ll receive a commission statement from us detailing what’s now due. We’ll take this by automated Direct Debit in the following few days.
